Fair Bonus Terms

Acceptance of Terms

Registration Process
- You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be treated as duplicate accounts and may result in all balances being voided without notice.

- ck444 r may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC will result in account restrictions.
- Account registration does not constitute an offer of credit or any financial product. All funds held in your ck444 r account are your own funds deposited by you.
ck444 r reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. If it is subsequently discovered that a player provided false information during registration or no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria, ck444 r may immediately suspend or terminate the account and void any pending or historical transactions.

Account Obligations
Once your ck444 r account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. The following obligations apply to every registered player on the platform and are conditions of continued account access.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must notify ck444 r support immediately at if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your credentials have been compromised.
- You are responsible for all bets, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals placed through your account, whether or not they were authorised by you, unless ck444 r is found to have been negligent in preventing unauthorised access following timely notification.
- You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact information may delay account verification, withdrawals, and support resolution.
- You must not use your ck444 r account for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling. Commercial betting, match-fixing, or systematic exploitation of platform vulnerabilities are all strictly prohibited.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members. Each person must register and maintain their own individual account.
- You agree to cooperate fully with any identity verification, source-of-funds, or anti-money-laundering checks initiated by ck444 r. Failure to cooperate within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ck444 r are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). - Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by ck444 r's payments team following identity verification.
- ck444 r does not charge withdrawal fees. However, standard network or service fees imposed by the mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) or bank may apply and are outside ck444 r's control.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ck444 r may require you to submit copies of valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds.
- Withdrawal requests for amounts associated with bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
- ck444 r reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that is suspected of being associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Players must not use the ck444 r platform as a payment processing or money transfer service. Deposits that are not used for genuine gambling activity and are subsequently withdrawn without meaningful wagering may be subject to an administrative review.

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to your ck444 r account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before a bonus (and winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Requirements are stated clearly on the promotion page.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Claiming a second bonus before the first is cleared will forfeit the first bonus.
- Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another player or account.
- ck444 r reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. If a bonus is withdrawn while wagering is in progress, any real-money balance will remain unaffected.
Bonus Abuse and Fraud
- Using bonuses in a manner designed to systematically exploit the platform — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering with other players, or exploiting software errors — constitutes bonus abuse.
- If ck444 r has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonus funds and winnings derived from the suspected abuse, and to suspend or permanently close the account.
- Arbitrage betting (hedging bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using bonus funds) is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.
- Any determination of bonus abuse by ck444 r is final. ck444 r is not obligated to provide detailed evidence of the identified pattern to the player before taking remedial action.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on ck444 r — including sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino games (Ezugi, Evolution Gaming), slot machines (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming), crash games, and the Tower format — is subject to the following rules in addition to any product-specific rules published within the game or market interface.
- All bets are final once confirmed. ck444 r does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck444 r. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where legally required.
Fraud and Abuse
- Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device.

- Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawals have been processed.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Illegal and Harmful Activity

Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Both ck444 r and the player have the right to close or suspend an account under the circumstances described below. All closures and suspensions are governed by the following provisions.
- Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting ck444 r support at . Before closure is completed, any real-money balance in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no suspicious activity flags are outstanding.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years. In such cases, any bonus funds and winnings associated with the breach may be voided. Real-money deposits not associated with the breach will be returned at ck444 r's discretion following investigation.
- Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, all outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Your personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and then deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
